Safeguard got its start in 2002 working on waste equipment — heavy, demanding work that taught us how to build and repair things that have to hold up under real punishment. As the years went on, the calls for dock repair and mobile welding kept coming in faster than anything else, and we followed the demand.
We made the switch to focus entirely on dock equipment repair, maintenance, and mobile welding — and we haven't looked back. What hasn't changed is who we are: a small, family-oriented business with small town values. We show up when we say we will, we do the work right, and we stand behind it.
Today it's me and my son handling every job ourselves, with occasional help when the workload calls for it. When you call Safeguard, you're talking to the people who will actually be on-site doing the work — not a dispatcher routing you to a crew you've never met.
